Terms of Service

1. Your Agreement with CashStash

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and CashStash ("CashStash", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the CashStash mobile application, website, and any related services (collectively, the "Service").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

These Terms contain important provisions, including a binding arbitration clause and a waiver of class actions. Please review the section titled "Dispute Resolution and Arbitration" carefully.

2. Who May Use CashStash

The Service is designed for individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

We may close or restrict access to accounts that do not meet these requirements or that are opened in violation of these Terms.

4. Creating and Maintaining Your Account

To access most features of the Service, you must create an account ("Account"). When you do so, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.
• Maintain the security of your login credentials and not share your Account with other individuals.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.
• Have only one CashStash Account per person unless we explicitly approve otherwise in writing.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not you authorized it. We reserve the right to suspend or close Accounts that provide false information, appear compromised, or violate these Terms.

5. Coins, Redemption and Expiration

Coins are units of virtual currency that exist only within the CashStash ecosystem. They are not real money, do not represent a balance in any bank account, and have no monetary value outside of the Service.

• Coins are earned according to the rules displayed in the app, which may include interactions with lock‑screen content, completion of offers, installation or use of promoted apps, or participation in other activities.
• Redemption options, including the types of gift cards and the Coin amounts required, are listed in the Redeem section of the app and may be updated from time to time.
• Unless required by law, Coins are non‑refundable, non‑transferable(between users or accounts), and cannot be exchanged for cash outside of available in‑app redemption flows.
• We may correct Coin balances if we identify errors, suspected abuse, or technical issues that caused an incorrect amount to be credited or debited.

6. License and Permitted Use

Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the CashStash app on a device you own or control, solely for your own non‑commercial use.

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the app or any part of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code or underlying algorithms of the Service, except to the limited extent allowed by applicable law.
• Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the app or your Account to any third party.
• Use the Service to build a competing product or service, or to monitor its availability, performance, or functionality for competitive purposes.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices or branding appearing in the app.

All rights in and to the Service not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by CashStash and its licensors.

7. Misuse of the Service

To keep CashStash fair and enjoyable for everyone, you agree that you will not:

• Use bots, scripts, emulators, or any automated means to interact with the Service.
• Manipulate device settings, network traffic, or system time to gain Coins unfairly.
• Create multiple Accounts for the same person or share Accounts across multiple users.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Service.
• Circumvent or attempt to bypass any content, reward, or security controls.
• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.

If we suspect or confirm that an Account has been used in violation of these rules, we may, at our sole discretion, adjust Coin balances, revoke rewards, suspend or terminate the Account, or take any other action we deem appropriate.

8. Privacy, Permissions and Location

Our collection and use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described there.

Some features of the Service may request access to device permissions such as notifications, usage data or approximate and/or precise location. Granting these permissions is optional, but declining them may limit your ability to earn Coins or receive certain types of content or offers.

9. Third‑Party Services, Ads and Offers

The Service may display content, offers, surveys, or links provided by third parties (collectively,"Third‑Party Content"). If you interact with such content—for example, by installing an app, signing up for a service, or completing a survey—you may be taken to websites or apps that CashStash does not operate or control.

Your interactions with Third‑Party Content are solely between you and the relevant third party, and are governed by that party's own terms and privacy policies. We do not endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for Third‑Party Content, and we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your dealings with third parties.

10. Changes to the Service

We are constantly working to improve CashStash. We may add, modify, or remove features; change how Coins are earned or redeemed; or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without prior notice. We will attempt to provide advance notice of major changes where reasonably practical.

We may also require you to install updates to continue using the app. Older versions of the app may stop functioning correctly, and information displayed in outdated versions might not be accurate.

11. Disclaimers and Limits on Our Responsibility

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non‑infringement.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, CashStash and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Service.

Where our liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, it will be limited to the amount you have paid to us (if any) in connection with the Service in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or to the minimum amount permitted by law if a higher limitation is not allowed.

12. Ending or Suspending Your Access

You may stop using CashStash at any time by uninstalling the app and, where applicable, requesting account deletion within the app.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service (including your Account and Coin balance), in whole or in part, if we reasonably believe that:

• You have violated these Terms or any applicable law.
• Your use of the Service poses a risk of fraud, abuse, or harm to us, other users, or third parties.
• We are required to do so by law, regulation, or request from a competent authority.
• The Service is discontinued or materially modified in a way that makes your Account no longer usable.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will end, and any unredeemed Coins or pending rewards may be forfeited to the fullest extent allowed by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution) will continue to apply.

13. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service (collectively, "Disputes") will be resolved through binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may bring qualifying claims on an individual basis in small‑claims court.

Arbitration will be administered by a recognized arbitration provider and conducted under its applicable rules. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding, and any judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

If any part of this arbitration and class‑action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim or request for relief, then that claim or request (and only that portion) may be brought in court, and the remainder of this section will continue to apply.

14. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice (such as an in‑app message, email, or prompt to accept the new Terms) for material changes.

If you continue to use the Service after the updated Terms become effective, you will be deemed to have accepted the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and, if applicable, delete your Account.

15. General Legal Terms

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented to you within the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and CashStash regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may freely assign our rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or by operation of law.
