How do I earn Coins with CashStash?
You can earn Coins in two ways: (1) Simply interact with the lock screen content every time you unlock your phone - Coins are earned automatically! (2) Complete various actions like installing an app, playing a game, or engaging with sponsored offers. It's that simple - turn your everyday phone usage into real rewards!
What can I redeem my Coins for?
Coins can be redeemed for gift cards from dozens of merchants. You can find the complete list of available gift cards in the Redeem section within the app. We're constantly adding new reward options based on user feedback.
Is CashStash safe and secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption and never collect personal data without your explicit consent. Your privacy is our priority, and all data collection is transparent and opt-in only.
What devices are supported?
CashStash is available for Android devices running Android 8.0 or higher. An iOS version is in development and will be available soon.
Can I disable ads anytime?
Yes! You have complete control. You can disable lock screen ads at any time through the app settings.
When can I start redeeming my Coins?
To redeem for the first time, you'll need to have the CashStash app installed for at least 10 days and accumulate a minimum balance. You'll also need a verified email address and phone number to ensure secure reward delivery. Check the app for your current redemption eligibility status.
How do I verify my email address?
Simply open the CashStash app, navigate to your Profile, add your email address, and select "Verify Now". You'll receive a verification email - just click the link inside to confirm. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.
Where can I find my redeemed gift cards?
All gift cards are delivered directly to the email address associated with your CashStash account. You should receive your gift card immediately, but sometimes emails can take a few minutes or may land in your spam folder. Make sure your inbox isn't full and add our email to your contacts to ensure delivery.
Do my Coins expire?
Coins will expire after 12 months if not redeemed, or after 30 days of account inactivity. To keep your Coins active, simply continue using the app and interacting with lock screen content regularly. Active users never have to worry about expiration!
What if I didn't receive my daily Coins?
Daily Coins are credited when you interact with lock screen content. If you believe you're missing Coins, first check your earning history in the app. Sometimes clearing the app cache can help refresh your balance. If the issue persists, contact our support team with details about the missing rewards.
How do I clear the app cache or data?
On Android, go to Settings → Storage → Apps → CashStash. Tap "Clear Cache" to remove temporary files while keeping your login info, or "Clear Data" to reset everything (you'll need to log in again). Clearing cache can help resolve minor issues, while clearing data gives you a fresh start.
How do I delete my CashStash account?
You can delete your account through the app settings under Profile. Please note that deleting your account will permanently remove all your data, including your Coin balance and earning history. Make sure to redeem any available Coins before deleting, as this action cannot be undone.
